Don't stress...and don't "diet"...if you diet, that means when you reach your goal you'll stop the "diet" and so likely regain the weight...Your goal should be to make a lifestyle change...eat healthy at least 80% of the time, and allow yourself a treat now and then...that's how you lose weight and keep it off long term (along with a reasonable amount of exercise, of course)...Consider you should be eating 5 - 6 times a day (b'fast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner...another snack or not later in the evening)...your calories should be at least 1500/day and probably higher, since you are young and active...Other Answers:
- Bananas is high in carbs, chocolate is high in sugar and carbs so cut out them, the rest is ok
- No that isn't too many calories. There's an app you can get for smartphones it's called 'fitness pal' and you put in the foods you eat throughout the day and it totals up your calorie intake. Around 1000 calories a day is the best for losing weight plus all that exercise is a great assist to weight loss.
- i think your totally fine but you should also do a cheat meal once a week not a day just a meal have a chocolate or something you like spaghetti or anything because your mood kinda changes when you're on diet and stuffso please answer my question on how you lost weight i'm so desperate to lose those 6 kg i'm more commited than ever i come here everyday trying to find solutions and i don't find convincing answers i just don't wanna exhauste myself and don't lose weight , i'm cutting off a lot of stuff and junk food so please answer i'll give ya 10 point if you write something good :)gd luck
