How to Lose Weight with Thyroid Problems

We are all beautiful humans who are only limited to our determination and ambition of the mind. We can be who we want to be as long as we have a goal. Eating vegetables and doing cardio like running or jogging really help. But make sure you have the right information to make the right decisions. Find a favorite vegetable or fruit to eat instead of junk food. Its better to be addicted to only one vegetable than eating different junk food. Make sure to eat breakfast though. The metabolism is starting when we eat breakfast. As long as you make the right choices then you can make it :)

  • Yes, being overwheight isn't something you should be made fun of. Ok so I hate the people who say "eat fruits and veggies and workout." That's wayyyyy to hard. You should avoid to many calories. Snacking is the worst thing you can do so eat a Big breakfest. The breakfest makes you more energetic and is very good for you. Don't eat a big dinner, just a medium one. You can't control what you eat for lunch at school. If you pack your food, though, this should be the healthiest meal. Do lots of cardio, cardio burns calories which makes fat burn. Hope I helped!

Just ate close to 450 calories for lunch...?

I've been on a diet trying to lose belly fat for about 3 months.I already lost a lot of fat, Im now 112 pounds and 5"3 inches tall. I run everyday about 40 min and do interval training 3 times a week and drink lots of water. Today I was feeling tired and I weight myself in the morning and was lighter than yesterday so I thought i could recover better If I ate some carbs for lunch at 1p.m. before go running at 5.p.m so I did. I ate 4 small whole wheat bread slices with tuna and toasted them. It was delicious btw. And right after I did it and immediately regretted it. For the rest of the day I'm going to eat a banana with cinnamon before running and for dinner I'm going to have soup, 180kcal of white fish and some grapes or mango. I don't know if you want to know want I ate for breakfast but I'll tell you. Oatmeal with a square of chocolate and Coffee without sugar (close to 310kcal).Is this to much calories ?*And I'm 15 years old

How to Lose Weight in a Month

Don't stress...and don't "diet"...if you diet, that means when you reach your goal you'll stop the "diet" and so likely regain the weight...Your goal should be to make a lifestyle change...eat healthy at least 80% of the time, and allow yourself a treat now and then...that's how you lose weight and keep it off long term (along with a reasonable amount of exercise, of course)...Consider you should be eating 5 - 6 times a day (b'fast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner...another snack or not later in the evening)...your calories should be at least 1500/day and probably higher, since you are young and active...

  • Bananas is high in carbs, chocolate is high in sugar and carbs so cut out them, the rest is ok
  • No that isn't too many calories. There's an app you can get for smartphones it's called 'fitness pal' and you put in the foods you eat throughout the day and it totals up your calorie intake. Around 1000 calories a day is the best for losing weight plus all that exercise is a great assist to weight loss.
  • i think your totally fine but you should also do a cheat meal once a week not a day just a meal have a chocolate or something you like spaghetti or anything because your mood kinda changes when you're on diet and stuffso please answer my question on how you lost weight i'm so desperate to lose those 6 kg i'm more commited than ever i come here everyday trying to find solutions and i don't find convincing answers i just don't wanna exhauste myself and don't lose weight , i'm cutting off a lot of stuff and junk food so please answer i'll give ya 10 point if you write something good :)gd luck

I work at UCLA – and trust me, they aren't movie stars around there there will meet the students. They go about their business, and are too busy for such a thing. If you want to lose weight, exercise and eat healthy. Diet doesn't work.

  • I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.
