im looking for like a routine someone can provide i have searched on the net but im failing to find a good one i need something like do 10 squats 10 push ups stuff like that i have been on duromine for about a moth and a half my weigh in at day 1 was 162.4 kgsand today my weigh in is 145.8 kgs so i am getting there but my ideal weight for my age and hight is between 65 to 85 kgs also if anyone has any motivation tips that would be really great thanks so much for all your help :)
