How to Lose Weight Fast in Two Weeks for Teenagers

Recommended Answer:

well hun, you don't have to completely cut back on all sweets. That will just make you want them more, so try to have one day of the week where you can eat ONE sweet thing like a donut but thats it. Make sure to eat lots of fruit and veggies! they will fill you up and eat break fast so you can get your metabolism going and it will also help the urge to snack all day. Exercise a couple times a week to maintain a healthy weight and to tone your muscles. and try to have at least 4-6 small meals per day that are healthy. Find some yummy healthy foods you love and stick with those. good luck!! hope i helped you out some(:

  • first of all, you should wake up early in the morning and you should do exercise and you should eat delicious food and green vegetable for your healthy weight.
  • You're 13.. Honestly weight gain is inevitable. You're still growing and will be for several more years. To maintain weight you figure up your maintenance calories (calories burned in a 24 hr period). You eat at maintenance and you won't gain weight outside of water weight etc. You can just make healthier food choices. "Healthy" foods are more filling, causing you to typically consume less calories. Avoid: fast food, processed sugar, trans fat, foods High in saturated fat, soft drinks, fatty cuts of meat... Go for carbs high in fiber (oats, wheat products, veggies, fruits, brown rice etc), protein lower in saturated fat (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef..) and fat sources high in omegas (nuts, fish again, organic milk..)
