How to get a bigger bum/booty and bigger boobs?

Im a Girl, who is a freshman in highschool. Ok, so I'm 14 turning 15 in October. I'm a petite and 4'11 with some shape to my body. When I went to England two months ago I lost a lot of weight , 100 lbs down to 92. I know what you're thinking, that's not a lot of weight but for me it is since I have a high matabilisim. It made me lose a couple of lbs off my butt, that was according to some guys I knew big for my petite short size. And I want my butt back! What are some exercises I could do to make my butt bigger; but at the same time be perky, soft, round, and kinda firm ???? Please give me some tips, it would be greatly appreciated darlings

How to Use Free Weights to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

Basically that's all about weight gain. Bigger butts and bigger boobs have to do with bodyfat. There's no secret to it. Kim Kardashian might go on and on about whatever stupid diet she's on or pilates or whatever nonsense comes out of her mouth, but honestly it's just about sitting back and eating bon bons (which is about all she ever does). Eat lots of junk food, don't excercise and you'll get a bigger butt in no time (and probably bigger boobs by default). That being said, just as another perspective - a lot of guys really like small/petite women (and I'm not just talking short - small bodies too). You are unique that way and should consider rocking that look. Having a big butt is overrated.

Other Answers:

  • Exercise
  • If you go to the gym they have this machine called the Butt Blaster which many bodybuilders used to build muscle in their butt.
  • You need to assess your own weight, height and recognize the first area you gain weight and the first area you lose weight. Without this assessment, you have no game plan in terms of getting a bigger butt! I personally suggest to gain and lose weight most rapidly in the boobs. If you do nothing, they grow; If you start to exercise, they shrink!
  • Yes, there are some types of exercises you can do but i don't know their name. One of most influential one is to constrait your butt muscle then release it. Do this for 100 times per day to reach good-shape buttock.
  • Some workouts-•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zXLZ91aGyU•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsrCv3OktCs•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faQ9lkjiRaM•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYA_tmos1-4•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwVzamFR-tg•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsNkjdwMuwA•http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9adXZJNLGdMAll by : http://www.youtube.com/user/blogilatesProbably the best workout channel because she has so many different workouts for different parts of the body. And there isn't any way to get bigger boobs because boobs are from fat.

How to Lose Weight Fast in Two Weeks for Teenagers

well hun, you don't have to completely cut back on all sweets. That will just make you want them more, so try to have one day of the week where you can eat ONE sweet thing like a donut but thats it. Make sure to eat lots of fruit and veggies! they will fill you up and eat break fast so you can get your metabolism going and it will also help the urge to snack all day. Exercise a couple times a week to maintain a healthy weight and to tone your muscles. and try to have at least 4-6 small meals per day that are healthy. Find some yummy healthy foods you love and stick with those. good luck!! hope i helped you out some(:

  • first of all, you should wake up early in the morning and you should do exercise and you should eat delicious food and green vegetable for your healthy weight.
  • You're 13.. Honestly weight gain is inevitable. You're still growing and will be for several more years. To maintain weight you figure up your maintenance calories (calories burned in a 24 hr period). You eat at maintenance and you won't gain weight outside of water weight etc. You can just make healthier food choices. "Healthy" foods are more filling, causing you to typically consume less calories. Avoid: fast food, processed sugar, trans fat, foods High in saturated fat, soft drinks, fatty cuts of meat... Go for carbs high in fiber (oats, wheat products, veggies, fruits, brown rice etc), protein lower in saturated fat (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef..) and fat sources high in omegas (nuts, fish again, organic milk..)
