Wtf!? Are u sum kind of wimp or sumthing? At 5'7 115lbs i'm sure the wind must punk u around. You shoulda stayed at 150lbs for a 5'7 male thats a good weight. What u outta do is start hitting the weights and eat good food like lean chicken and lean meat, turkey, beans, peanut butter, low fat yogurts, fruits, veggie's, 2% milk, take in about 2600-2800 calories aday Plus sum multi-vitamins, a good whey isolate, n i would say sum creatine but u might wanna wait till u get older for that, and have a good workout regimen that u stick with where 1 day you work a certain part of the body and the next day another part etc, etc. include incline sit ups, planks, squats, pull-ups, and push ups to your workout and i guarantee you'll be happy then. You'll have all the varsity cheerleaders on ur jock. N if u don't like girls well u might have a couple soccer players after u.Why am i not satisfied with my weight loss?

I am a male age 15 5'7... I used to weigh 150 and i looked chubby so over the course of a year i got down to 115lb. But right when i stopped my diet i shot up to 123lb, i dont wanna gain anymore weight i wanna stay below 125lb. But i also have the urge to loose more weight and i know im on the skinnier side. But i just dont wanna gain.
