Why am i not satisfied with my weight loss?

I am a male age 15 5'7... I used to weigh 150 and i looked chubby so over the course of a year i got down to 115lb. But right when i stopped my diet i shot up to 123lb, i dont wanna gain anymore weight i wanna stay below 125lb. But i also have the urge to loose more weight and i know im on the skinnier side. But i just dont wanna gain.

It doesn't have aspritain in it and it's got less salt. Stay away from sugar. Go for honey as a sweetener. Honey also lowers risk of heart dissease and lowers cholesterol.
