What is a good exercise/diet plan for a sixteen year old female?

I am sixteen years old, 167.2 lbs and 5' 2. I'm not happy about my weight, not just because it looks bad, but it's also effecting my physical performance. I'm planning on walking to school for the rest of the year (which would be about 1.6 miles per day), but I also want to do some other exercises and eat healthier foods! My exercising would have to be done at night, though, because as soon as I come home, I have chores and homework. I do not want to leave the house if necessary. I have a treadmill, but that's about the extent of my equipment. (I also have games like Just Dance and other sports games for the Kinect.) I plan on losing at least 47.2 lbs so I can reach my goal of 120 lbs.
