Did i hit a plateau on my weight loss?

I started changing my eating habits in january of this year. January 07,2013,to be exact. I started eating 1,200 calories and stopped eating most processed foods. In 8 months,Ive gone from 209 to 167,42 pounds. Ive changed the way i look at food,and really know how to manage my portions. The problem is this,i went on vacation in july and forgot about my diet for a month. When i tried to get back on the wagon in august,it was hard,but i did it.The problem is this,even though i started eating my usual 1200 calorie a day diet,I didn't lose a single pound last month. On top of that i added exercise,jogging for an hour,burning 700 calories (according to my polar heart rate monitor.) As a matter of fact,when i step on the scale,I actually see pound more! I am becoming really discouraged.Even though ive lost a lot of weight already,im not at my goal weight yet. I have 17 pounds to go.(I want to reach 150) I need help and advice from anyone else who has been through this. I appreciate it.
