Can someone tell me if this is enough to eat? Any variations?17, Male, 5"8, 132 pounds looking to gain weight. This is my meals..Breakfast: Porridge and Muesli.Snack: 4 Rice Cakes, Apple and Cereal Bar.Lunch: Mixed nuts, big enough container, crackers x 6, and a sandwich usually brown bread with ham.Snack: Oats and Natural Yoghurt.Dinner: Meals such as Spaghetti Bolognese/Lasagne/Pasta/Chicken and Rice/Meatloaf and Patatoes/Fish and Patatoes/BBQ Steak, Sausages and Chicken. All served with Salad and bread..Snack: Muscle and Weight Gainer Shake.What do you think? Is that enough?
