What would you eat that is healthy, yet won't make you lose weight?

I have a peanut allergy, so I can't eat peanut butter or anything like that. I want to gain weight, but eat healthy. I'm not too adventurous, either, lol. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi,A great direct substitute for peanut butter is SunButter. It's also a spread, but made from sunflower seeds in a totally nut-free facility, so safe for you. I blog for SunButter, so I can assure you it works on sandwiches, and is tasty with carrots, celery, apples and crackers. It also works great in any recipe that calls for peanut butter. It has nice levels of good carbs and protein to help you eat healthy. Take care!

Other Answers:

  • Fruit. It's loaded with sugar
  • nuts, eggs, lamb, butter, full cream milk,
  • If you like sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, and various vegetables; you might want to consider eating HUMMUS. HUMMUS is very filling since it adds protein to your diet. You can get HUMMUS in a variety of vegetable or fruity flavors. It is very tasty. Also, you might want to add Mango as a fruit to eat. Mango has almost all of the vitamins and minerals you need and it too is filling. Lastly, the leaves from the Marenga Tree are both healthy (with most of the vitamins, minerals and protein needed) and its filling; however finding a supplier for the leaves may be challenging since it is a foreign tree.Good Luck!
