i need weight loss help?

i weigh 295 im 6'1 so i wanted to lose maybe 60 pounds in 3months what do i do ? like i like the gym but some ppl tell me that the treadmil is horrible and i just want to get skinny again or atleast to look good and lose the moobs and the belly i dont eat junk im just lazy but i want to know what is a good work out plan and diet to lose alot of weight fast like i hear hit training is good mikechang sixpackshortcuts but now i need to know how to lose alot of weight by the time summer comes or 3 months plz help me
