How to Lose Weight Fast Without Buying Anything

Your BMR is somewhere around 2,100 calories a day. If you wanted to go solely for weight loss, you could reduce your calorie intake by around 30-50%. The walk of a mile and a half would probably burn somewhere around 50-100 calories so you would add that amount to your BMR.Use this calculator to calculator BMR: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/Calories burned calculator: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbcBMR is what you should eat a day to maintain your weight. Since you would like to lose weight, you'd eat less than what your BMR states and or exercise so that you stay below it. 3,500 calories is equal to 1 pound of fat / 1,750 calories is equal to 1 pound of muscle. For every 4 pounds of fat, you lose about 1 pound of muscle which helps even more with weight loss (extra 15~20% more lost). To get a basic idea of getting started on calories and whatnot, use this calculator: http://caloriecount.about.com/tools/calories-goal Input your weight and your desired weight / estimated deadline. The calculator will not compute if you are decided to lose more than 8 pounds a month though (healthy weight loss). As for what foods to eat, research it online; fish, low-fat chicken, grains, fruits, vegetables, etc. However, if you're going solely for weight loss and are worry about muscle building later on, you should reduce your protein intake and worry more about calories. Complex Carbohydrates can help fuel your body for days (peanut butter, vegetables, fruits, etc)
