Im 14 and 5"4 i weigh 130 i want to be back down to 110 so i want to lose 20 pounds i want to lose it by the 25 so i can go to high school without all this fat i dont want to lose my butt or boobs i wear size 32d and i just went bra shopping so i dont want to jave waste my money

stop drinking soda completely. drop 8 pounds right there. just do a lot of cardio. this helps the fat drop. but you won't lose 20 pounds in 23 days. it's very hard to do so. you have to run yourself to death all day every day and not stop exercising to lose that much weight in that short of a time. it took me about 2 months just to lose 20 pounds. you can lose about 10 but 20 is really hard to do. but don't stop eating! that can actually make you bloated. eat about 1000-2000 calories a day and do intense cardio. and still exercise over the school year so you don't put that weight back on
