I'm 13. And yes I know some of your answers are going to say "You're too young to be worrying about your weight or how you look" or "It's normal for girls your age to have a bit of belly fat" but I really need an answer! A helpful one without it including that I'm too young or that i shouldn't be worrying. So basically My whole life I've been this skinny girl. I've never been over weight. Never felt the way it feels. I basically never experimented being out of shape. And then I turned 12 and started eating A LOT. 1. When I'm bored I eat. 2. When I'm depressed or nervous I eat. I don't know why this became such a habit! Anyways I gained. I can feel it. My thighs got bigger. I got belly fat. and I definitely don't have my thigh gap anymore. and my leg/arm muscles got flappy. Can someone PLEASE help me with naming any exercises, workouts, tips, foods is should eat and foods i shouldn't? How to get my thigh gap back. How to get my flat stomach back. and how to get my legs back to regular size and not oversized? Please Help with serious answers this is very important to me!

If you really can't control the urge to eat and have to have something try grabbing fruits or veggies. You can start with just walking then move up to jogging or running if you need to. It is just important to get moving!
