I'm not overweight, but I'd like to lose some weight. How can I lose 20 pounds quickly and healthily? What are some tricks and tips? I've heard you should drink a glass of water before every meal, so you'll get fuller quicker. What are some other tips?And how soon can I lose the weight? 3-4 weeks?Thanks so much!
