How do I make myself comfortable working out at home?

I want to exercise at home. I don't want to work out outside, because many people always go outside, I just don't want them to be stuck in their mind. So I come home after 3 PM, and I work out ~ and it's hotWhat workout should I do to lose weight? what are some fun workouts (pilate, etc)? How long should I do them?

Get a fan, and drink a lot of water. There's a bunch of exercise routines on Youtube that can help. I also think you should a workout ball, especially for ab work, it works the muscles way more than regular ones. Also try a cardio class, they're more fun than they seem :)
