How can I go from 140 lbs to 115-120lbs in a month or otherwise make a significant change in weight quickly?

I am 5'3 weigh about 140 lbs and am a 14 year old male. The BMI says I am not overweight, but I sure look like it. I have a bunch of fat under my chin, a lot in my belly, and in my thighs too. I also have man boobs :( Anyways, would it be healthy to lose maybe 3-5 pounds a week? If it is, how could I do it? I just really want some way that I can't make a significant change in my fat quickly. I have been eating just a little over 1200 calories this week and will start insanity tomorrow. Anyone have a way I can lose 5 pounds a week or just make a difference in my weight fast. I really want to be confident of my weight. Please be specific.

  • Hey Eli, What I did was stop eating from being bored. And I got my long board to help me work out. I got a lot of fiber in my diet. Stop eating fatty foods like doughnuts and cake. On the occasion I have some candy but other then that I eat peanuts.
