i can't understand what lever to choose in weight loss calculator.wish someone can help me.i work out 6 days a week.1 hour walking + 30 min. weights(just 4 days a week) + 60 min. (140-150 heartbeat) cardio (full body elleptical maschine).Burned about 600-700 calories.i don't know how to count this,is it like moderate level or active level.please help me.

I would say like active because moderate level for me is like 3 times a week which what I do for competitive soccer so I would say you should be staying in shape but just remember to rest those muscles and don't over work what you body cant handle.
