How to Lose Weight while Pregnant

It becomes harder to loose weight as you get leaner.Pull carbohydrates out of your diet and you'll quickly see that last bit of weight disappear. However, you may need to introduce a carb reloading day one day a week to stimulate your metabolism again. You may also want to consider creating "feeding windows".http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/to-eat-or-not-to-eat-your-fast-guide-to-fasting.htmlDo not be surprised if progress is as slow as 2 lbs a week, just stick with it, and once you master tese techniques you could probably hit 110 by December depending on your muscle mass and existing body fat levels.Advanced weight loss is not as simple as calories in and calories out. It comes far more down to insulin resistence and metabolic stimulation, both of which are aided by freuqnenlty exercise but not necessarily just for the sake of increasing calories out.I'm a personal trainer. I'm 6ft 5, 210lbs, 12% body fat currently bulking, ive been 210lbs 30% body fat, and I've been 270lbs obese in the past, and I've been a 160lbs skinny weakling. I know about fat loss.

  • I hate to say but it is just physics, energy taken in over energy used.I would suggest swimming for that all round work out. Just don't have a hi-cal snack when you get out (I'm always starving after swimming so have to time getting out with a mealtime)Good luck!

Is there a way to get rid of belly fat in a week?

I've had "love handles" for a few years and I want to get rid of it. I have a feeling that i shouldnt have it because im 15 years old and a girl. Im 5'4 and 133 pounds. I've tried everything, eating healthy, exercising, weight loss pills, crunches, but nothing works. If anyone knows how I can get rid of it, had experience or has any advice, please help me out! Thanks!

  • I think losing belly fat takes a month or more. Eat less and do more cardio. Don't take any weightloss pills because they have side effects.
  • The lower belly is a natural fat reservoir and an extremely stubborn spot to tone, so it can be quite challenging to get rid of lower belly fat. Regular crunches and sit-ups won't be enough to get rid of lower belly fat. The key is in targeting the lower abdominals with specific exercises to tone the muscles and erase the fat. The proper exercises, coupled with a healthy diet and cardio routine, will help to conquer that stubborn belly fat.
