I'm 16 and 5'11" and 175 lbs. and I would really like to increase my muscle and lose some flab, especially from my belly. The thing is that for school I have a fitness class that is pretty rigorous, so we do weight training and cardio. It gets me to sweat pretty hard at the end of it. It's 4 times a week and that's the exercise I get. I don't have any other time to exercise, because I'm busy with other things. I wanted to know that If I keep up the exercise and doing weights every week, will it help improve my body? Also I want some advice on diet. I love food, but are there any techniques to help me eat less? And also, if I just limit fried foods and fat and sodas and such instead of going on a diet, will it help as well. I want to lose 20 pounds in 4 months and get stronger. Is that an achievable goal? Please help me and give me advice and answer the above questions. Also little tidbits that are beneficial when it comes to muscle (I mostly wanna improve my arms and define my abs, because it's pretty flabby, but not terrible) and weight loss and controlling my food intake. Thank you.
