  • You just need to get the right mind set. What i do is everytime something is hard for me I always think "This is going to make me better and stronger, The more I work the stronger I get". You just need that mind set and you will always compete at your full potential in any challenge.
  • Here is a great page about getting in shape and getting a fit and toned body. It's most inspiring and motivating. There is a lot of great valuable information in it that you can start using today. It talks about nutrition and the importance of drinking a lot of water and so much more. You'll learn about how everything adds up, becoming aware of your muscles and moving them and using them on purpose even when you are not exercising in the traditional sense. It has videos in it and really explains a lot about healthy living - a long term thing, not a quick fix. While the page is titled for women over a certain age, I'm sure you;ll find some outstanding information and tips that you can use.
  • You start by eating less and eating healthier. Then you put on a pair of running shoes along with some shorts or sweats and a shirt. Try the Tabata routine at the bottom. Make sure you get plenty of rest and as for eating healthy, it isn't that complicated. If you wouldn't find it in nature, don't eat it, regardless though, don't eat too much of it.That means fruits vegetables, meats, fish, nuts etc.As for your motivation (or lack thereof): take a picture of yourself in the mirror with minimal clothing to see where you are now and hang it up somewhere you'll see it everyday and promise that you're never going to look like that again.I also like motivational quotes:”Good things come to those who wait… greater things come to those who are willing to work for it”“Set small goals for yourself and meet them. You are responsible to take care of yourself. You should be your priority!!”‎”If we're growing, we're always going to be out of our comfort zone…deal with it!!”“Failure does not mean defeat; to succeed you must fail first.”“Do it now. Sometimes ‘later' becomes ‘never.'”“Kick yourself in the ass, or someone else will.”“The pain of discipline is far less than the pain of regret.”‎”I'm not telling you it's going to be easy… I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.”“There's no substitute for consistency.”‎”Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit…. KEEP GOING!!”“Hardwork can out-do genetics!!”
