How to Lose Weight for Boot Camp

Recommended Answer:

Fruits are too good for weight loss, Fruits tend to be about 100 calories per serving, don't spike insulin very high, tend to be high in fiber, are generally a decent source of vitamins and are filling for the amount of calories they contain. I personally like berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc and organic apples, but really all the fruits have different advantages and eating an overall variety throughout the week can be beneficial for quick weight loss.

  • I wish I could just get through to girls like you. First of all you don't even know who you are at 13. Do you remember when you were 6 years old? Well you will be as different psychologically when your 18. You will be a completely different person. If you start throwing up now at your age you will hit 18, be totally damaged for life and ruined your life wondering why the hell did I do that. You will be forced to live a rubbish life for the actions of immaturity. It's easier to lose weight by living a healthy lifestyle. Contrary to popular belief throwing up is not a quick fix. It doesn't work like that. The reason I get so frustraighted with people asking these questions is because one if my family members I loved, died at 16 from doing what your planning. She thought she would be able to control it just like every other immature girl that's died out there. I would literally pay you money not to do it.
  • You don't understand the consequences, quit saying that you do! Here are the consequences of forcibly throwing up:"Even non-induced vomiting is bad for you - your body is not made to regurgitate food and has no protections in place to guard against acid, etc. Consider that when vomiting, the acid that is passing over your unprotected esophagus, mouth and teeth is the same acid that is capable of digesting meat - but in this case, the meat/tissue of your own body."Link: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/133469.page"Assuming you are referring to bulimia, vomiting to purge food after a meal can lead to fluid and electrolyte imbalances. Potassium lost in vomiting can produce heart beat irregularities, weakness, fainting, and cramps. Forceful vomiting can irritate esophagus and cause lifelong reflux. The esophagus and stomach can even rupture in some cases. Teeth will decay as stomach acids wear away the protective enamel. The cheeks and neck can swell when stomach acid irritates the salivary glands. Scabs and calluses can form on the knuckles when fingers are stuck down the throat."Link: http://caloriecount.about.com/bad-effects-throwing-up-eat-q660Now, quit asking this question! No one is going to give you the answer you want to hear. Just listen and learn that what you're about to do will damage your body and you will regret it forever!
