Look around yourself at the "real world"......isolate the happy & successful folk and study them, they look JUST LIKE everybody else, they just have more money & bigger smiles!NOBODY is actually "2-3 pounds from being overweight", normal humans' weight fluctuates more than that on a daily or weekly basis....What is it about you that is REALLY bothering you? My guess is that it is something you wish you were doing but do not pursue doing because you are worried about what a whole lot of "other people" will think about you if you do it...Screw them...Follow your bliss!Other Answers:
