How a 13 year old boy can lose weight?

Hi. I am currently 5"2 and 175 pound and I want to lose weight. I want to know:~ how many calories should I eat per day~ how many grams of fat should i eat per day~ how many grams of sugar should I eat per day~ how long should I excersise per day/ for how many days a week~ what are some foods you recommend me to eat/ what kind if excersises.I am trying to lose 3 pounds a week for 14 weeks to lose 42 pounds and be at 133 pounds by December. I was wondering if that is a healthy amount of weight loss.Also, I have a treadmill, a basketball hoop, and I play baseball with my friends, if that helps. Thanks (:

Just don't eat fast food, switch the soda for a water or Gatorade, and try eating more green veggies and less ham burgers and other red meats. Eat regular servings, don't eat till you feel full. Also, just round up your friends and play all sorts of sports throughout the week. Soccer, football, baseball, jailbreak, anything where you're running. Don't get discouraged either.
