How can i gain weight while stating healthy?

I am about six foot tall and i weight about 140 pounds. Im really skinny and i would like to gain weight without have to eat really fat foods. I tried to eat more but i can't. My body just won't let me eat more. Is there an other way that i can gain weight?Thanks a lot
