I am taringng for parkour it is basically getting from point A to B in the fastest way possible it involves a lot of upper and lower body strength. I have been training in the gym and trying to get in better shape. my arms are ok not fat or skinny medium muscle mass. I did 100 sit-ups and thenI try to do push-ups my left side of my body hurts what does this mean? Also how can I lose belly fst quick? I am in middle school and weigh 120pounds people say I am skinny but I still don't believe them. I have a tiny bit of belly fat left how can I burn it quick?
