Want to lose 20-30 pounds in the next 3-4 weeks!?

What are some good exercises that i can do to lose stomach fat and trim it. I also want to trim my waist. I have really wide hips. Are there any detoxes or something that will help lose the weight faster. What are some good belly slimmers or something i can wear while i exercise to sweat even more? I also wanted to know, this may sound weird, but I like wearing leggings, but i hate that when i wear them, the top of my Vag*na looks fat. Is there anything i can do.
