rapid weight loss question!?

I'm a healthy 16 year old guy. I'm 5'9" and I weigh about 130 lbs. Lately I've been noticing I've gotten a bulge of fat on my stomach, chest and arms because I haven't run in a while and I've been eating poorly. I've always had a little more fat than I should have, and the past few years I've shed most of it through running. But my question: is there a way to lose a significant amount of fat in a healthy way in 6 days? If so please tell me in the answers. I'm on vacation now and I've finally gotten sick of my weight gain. I would like to look significantly healthier when I get back home in 6 days. Please, only serious answers from people who actually have something worth while to say. Thanks guys, and I'm really willing to try anythingif it works.
