Losing 140 pound in a year?

As of right now, I weigh 258 pounds. I am 15. I can move very easily though, and I have no trouble getting around or running. I want to be about 120 pounds by next August. I am completely devoted I just need a little confidence booster, real advice, real motivation, and real weight loss stories. I want to celebrate my 17th birthday feeling great. Will do whatever it takes. If there is a way to lose 70 pounds by November, tell me about that too. Or as much weigh as I can by November. I NEED THIS. I want to be able to live the rest of my teenage years happy, and thin. (Losing weight fast is going to be way healthier than being this fat if not, healthier.) TELL ME YOUR FAST WEIGHT LOSS STORIES

whatever it takes? seriously.. this means NOT starving yourself, getting off your a** and working your butt off. I've lost 70lbs, so if you want real advice, this is what worked for me. I did the Insanity program. I wasnt even dieting the first month, just told myself i would focus on workouts and see what happened. with no diet and lots of workouts i lost 16lbs in month 1. By month 2 i was super motivated so i started to eat better and along with the workouts i lost another 20lbs. so in 10 weeks, i lost 36lbs. then i took about a month off, working out a few days a week to maintain my weight and then did it all again and got the same kind of results... total lost so far is 72lbs. I look and feel awesome, and because im more toned than ever before people tell me i look like i weigh less than i i really do! And yes, insanity is hard, but i weighed nearly what you weigh when i started and was in horrible shape. you dont have to be in good shape to do it, you just have to be crazy enough to not let yourself quit! my best advice to you is, dont starve yourself. I tried a million diets for the past 20 years, to the point of being anorexic for a few years and not of that really worked. diets alone do not work. Its not healthy or natural to starve yourself! the only think that ever worked for me was shifting my focus to working out when i want to lose weight. so get off your butt and move! run like the wind, push your limits and never give up! and if you eat junk or cheat a little, dont even worry about it. just burn if off with some more workouts! you are not meant to starve, your body will fight you if you try that extreem. it gets weaker and slower and wrecks your metabolism. but your body was meant to move! the more you work out, the better you will feel and look, and you will get stronger, more awesome and more determined everyday! you can do this. no one can stop you but you! read my other post if you want to know more about my story, or just email me. good luck!
