Is it true that fat gets very squishy and hangs low when you begin to lose weight?

My uncle has a really big, hard, bubble-like stomach. Lately he's been exercising and stuff and now the fat is starting to get soft and hang. Does that mean he's losing weight?

How to Lose Weight Without Cardio

Recommended Answer:

I have found that when guys lose weight, that is exactly what happens. If someone is overweight and has a hard stomach, then they are not losing weight, and maybe still gaining. But when you lose weight, often your stomach and arms and legs tend to get a little soft and "fluffy" if you will. However, when you begin ti build muscle where fat used to be, this will likely go away.

  • If you lose the fat slowly that will not happen , it will just disappear without you noticing it.............
