How to get rid of cramps?

Well I was playing soccer few minutes ago and we went through some training, and while we were scrimmaging I started to get cramps on both of my calves. First he right one then the left. I'm not sure what is the cause of it, I will say that I was wearing a weight-loss belt which made me sweat a lot and it might be that I was very well dehydrated, how could I stop getting cramps because this was the first practice and the season is just getting started.. any tips or pill recommendations to help deal with these?
