How can I get to my goal weight?

I'm 5'4" and 150.4 pounds. I want to get to 130lbs as soon as possible! I kind of already have a plan for losing weightWake up and run a mile, drink 2 glasses of water, drink a glass of water with a healthy breakfast, drink a glass of water with a healthy lunch, drink a glass of water with a healthy dinner. Then I'll run another mile, drink 2 more glasses of water, and do 30 sit-ups, 20 squats and 15 lunges on each leg. Go to sleep, and repeat every day.If I do this, how long will it take for me to lose the twenty pounds I'm aiming for? If you have any ways for me to lose it faster WITHOUT any diets you have to pay for like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, PLEASE tell me I'm desperate.

well, you can always try intermittent fasting or 5:2 fast diet. basically, you eat normally for 5 days and fast yourself for 2 days, consuming no more than 500 calories. of course you do not fast for two consecutive days :). also reduce or eliminate the amount of unhealthy food from your menu. people have lost quite a bit following this diet BUT the results dont come overnight, you have to be patient. so if you think this is your cup of tea this site has some additional info.
