For all you martial artist out there trying to lose weight?

For all you martial artist out there trying to lose weight what if you drank 3 small cups a water everytime you got up towards a clean faucet and the other thing you stop all protein and creatine and N02? so basically 3 small cups of water versus (protien, creatine , N02)everytime you get upFor you martial artist do you think you would lose weight?

No. Either you have to work out more or quit eating so much. The key is burning more calories than you are eating. If it was as easy as just drinking lots of water noone would be over weight.

You balance on you're but with you back and feet/legs above the ground, in a v shape. You then move your legs in and then all the way out. at the same time, you move your back all the way out and then in. So your back is stretched out while your legs are stretched out. and then your legs and back move in and then out and then in. You move your legs up to like 10 inches and then back down to 3 inches.
