I need a excercise plan for weight lost(im 14,female), I started zumba a month ago and it did work but its getting boring and I'm on a diet and need a workout plan, please nothing like " 15 min cardio " and stuff like that, I mean like normal excercises like pushups,situps and other excercises.Thanks :)
