Should I notify all my contacts if my email has sent spam?

This morning I received an email from myself with a subject line: Effective and Effortless Weight pills, and content: "Weight loss herbal pills cheap" plus a URL which I won't repeat here since i don't know the danger. It's obviously spam. My question is, should I send a warning to everyone in my various address books? I use Thunderbird and there is a "Collected addresses" book with hundreds. Plus my own personal address book, about 150. Thanks for your help.
