Is it bad to workout everyday?

Is it bad to workout everyday? I want to lose a lot of weight and I want to do it as quickly as possible, but still being safe. My work outs aren't very extreme so it's not as if I'm pushing myself to far everyday. Is it bad to go on the treadmill everyday for about 30 minutes if it's not at too fast of a pace? Also, is it bad that I only use a treadmill? That's all I have at home apart from weights and I don't have anything else to do. Is only using a treadmill slowing my weight loss? Well, if you treadmill 30 mins a day, thats not bad at all! Thats actually good. Cuz if u think about it, treadmilling 30 mins is like running for 30 mins. Its safe. And if you want better results u shud hit the gym and do other weight losing exercises
