15 minutes HIIT followed by 4 minutes of Tabata in a fasted state?

Hi everyone,So I was wondering if I could do 15 minutes of HIIT followed by 4 minutes of Tabata in the morning before breakfast. Both would be on the elliptical. For HIIT I would do 15 seconds of work followed by 1 minute of rest. Tabata would just be the typical 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.I just have a few concerns because I do have an eating disorder. I eat less than 500 calories a day. My BMI is currently 20.0. I want to lose as much weight as possible before college starts, but I'm worried I'll pass out or something in the gym. Would this routine be doable?

This is not only a bad idea, it might be dangerous or fatal with your eating disorder. I've seen incredible athletes on near perfect diets get absolutely gassed during HIIT and Tabata, I can only imagine what it will do to someone with an eating disorder. Don't do it. You need a doctor, not a gym membership.
