How to Lose Weight Eating Fast Food
Recommended Answer:
If pills worked, would there be any middle-class people who are overweight?I rest my case.If you want to lose the slow, safe, and more-likely-to-be-permanent way, pills won't help.Other Answers:
- Weight loss pills do not work. They may make you think they do so you'll buy more but they don't. And they aren't good for you. Diets only work if you keep them going for a long time. As soon as you stop your weight will bounce back if you do not have the dedication to keep dieting and exercising
- I get why people use them. They promise fast results. Most of the time once you stop taking the pills, the pounds slip back on. Personally, I would rather tell someone I lost the weight with hard work and dedication, not pills
- I think history has shown this using diet pills can be a bad ideal. Remember the Fen-Phen diet pills. How many people ended up with heart problems from that one. Most of these diet pills can have nasty side effects. Even the only government approved diet pill Alli has some nasty side effect. Even if they work at some point you are going to stop taking them and your weight is going to come back. I think the best method is control your diet and exercise. There no quick cure for obesity.
- Personally I would use diet pills but then I'd be worried about getting addicted to them xx
- These might cause more harm than good. You might find the post "Reflections on losing 30kg in 5 months - sustainably and with a smile" of interest in this regard:http://makantobe.blogspot.com/2013/07/reflections-on-losing-30kg-of-weight-in.html
- It's okay as long as you do something else aside from just taking supplements. Not because you took some supplement that promises weight lose without doing anything does it mean that you don't have to do anything else. If you add regular diet and a good exercise routine to the mix, then that should be more than enough to see changes in your weight. I did try a product called Garcinia Cambogia Ultra before and it worked surprisingly well.
