I am concerning about how to reduce weight naturally because i used other methods before, but they just gave me temporarily results. I do not know how to melt weight naturally without using drugs or pills or supplements. Who can tell me?

Ok I'm 162 lbs. I'm 5'6. I stopped drinking soda and drink nothing but water. I eat regularly but I can't seem to stay motivated to exercise! I really need someone to help me!
