Should I eat more for a bigger butt?

I have a big butt, curves and thick thighs. (Not to sound cocky) And i get it from genetics. But lately i've stopped eating, i've lost a lot of my appetite from my depression and just always feeling tired. I don't eat much healthy stuff and I barely eat too. I don't exercise either. I've lost a lot of weight these past 2 years or so I think. My family always tells me that i've gotten skinnier and skinnier and its pissing me off and making me feel like crap. I've decided that I wanna eat more again and eat stuff like Nuts, seeds, meat, whole weat bread, pasta etc. I want a bigger butt back since I feel like I kinda lost some body I actually can have. When I eat more I feel like it goes to my thighs and butt but also my belly. And i really don't wanna lose my curves or get fat. Should I eat more and what type of food should I eat?

How can I lose weight with hypothyroidism?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any advice/solutions to lose weight with hypothyroidism.I am 21 and I weight 252 pounds, I have been trying to lose weight for a few months now, I have no insurance so going to a dr. and getting medication is out of the question. Is there any sort of vitamin/diet I can go on that could help me lose weight, or is thyroid medication my only option.Thank you in advance.

How you loose weight with hypothyroidism is to get proper treatment for your hypothyroidism. It isn't necessarily food that has caused weight and size increases, it is that cells/tissue are deficient in necessary thyroid hormone and iodine and are inflamed and swollen. You have to understand this. Here is the website where you can learn about thyroid: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com If you are not able to pay for a doctor, there should be free or low income clinics in your area that can help you. Look in the telephone book, or search online, or even look at this article: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/how-to-find-a-good-doc

  • Why not actually putting in the work and going to the gym to work out instead of doing that.
