What is your typical diet on any given day?

Please be detailed about what you eat exactly for breakfast, lunch and dinner + how much exercise you do.And please can you mention your height and weight.Everyone says that skinny people are skinny because they have faster metabolisms but I don't believe it. I think skinny people define "I eat a lot" different than fat people do, so I just want to check and compare. Please be honest in your answers as it will help me and a lot of others. Thanks.

How to Lose Weight Fast on Fable 2

Recommended Answer:

Hi my name is Amy, currently i weigh 202 and I am 5 foot exactly. I know you may dismiss mine because I am "large" but I have lost 53 pounds in the last almost 4 months (A healthy rate of 3 to 4 pounds a week for a larger person) If you are very overweight the 2 pounds per week maximum is dismissed by doctors and dieticians. I understand the overeating part, a quick tip is to download an app or use a computer to track your calories I use "myfitnesspal" and it seems to be working great! If the exact calories and data are not in there I just use what would be super similar. Exact calories to the tee is not extremely important. So for breakfast (8 or 9 am), I usually eat 2 egg whites and one full egg beat with a little skim milk and sprinkled with pepper no cheese, maybe some wheat toast or a mini bagel with it. other options I do is wheat bran cereal with soy milk. Since the cereal is low on sugar (4 grams per cup) I use vanilla soy milk to give it more appetizing flavor. For a snack, (11/11:30) I may eat some baby carrots with low fat/fat free blue cheese (or fat free ranch, whatever you like!) I may eat a banana or apple. Another thing I sometimes snack on is almonds or cashews, any nut really without seasoning or coatings. I usually do not eat a snack at this time because I eat lunch earlier.Lunch at 12/12:30, I eat a small salad with very little cheese, small amounts of dressings and no croutons or breading. Depending if i ate a snack or not I usually eat a fiber bar, I try to find one low in sugar and high in fiber (which can be hard!) Sometimes a open a can of tuna mix it with some mustard and very little miracle whip and than but it on some wheat bread to make a sanwhichI do eat a snack at 3:30/4 because I don't want to be starved for dinner and overeat! I again may eat a piece of fruit or some veggie straws or reduced fat wheat thins (personally one of my favorites!)Dinner for me is between 6 and 7 usually, I will eat like 3 oz of meat either fish, chicken, lean turkey, deer meat, duck (family of hunters!) matched to go with it is corn, peas green beans or asparagus, sometimes a potato. Also, salad comes with dinner a lot. a always drink water at dinner. I usually just eat slow until i feel satisfied which makes you eat less. For dessert or a night snack (at like 10, because I go to bed around 1 or 2) I may eat either frozen yogurt or a small piece of dark chocolate something sweet. Usually though I am very happy eating a banana or applesauce. For a tip almost 2 times a week I have a yoplait light yogurt! They have 90 calories, no fat with about the same amount of sugar as a piece of fruit or applesauce (Like 10-15 grams) They have flavors like boston creme pie and raspberry cheesecake. It is like eating a dessert but low cal no fat and has some calcium and probiotics for you!

  • Female5'2 117 lbsBreakfast:- 3 hard-boiled or fried eggs with 3 slices of uncured (nitrate free) baconSnack:- 2 medium celery sticks with 1 oz cream cheese or 1 string cheese stickLunch:- Salad (2 cups lettuce) with Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing (Newman's Own) and topped with sauteed ground beefSnack:-1/2 Hass avacado or 1 oz roasted almonds and 2 oz of a protein, either fried pork chops, fried chicken (no breading) or sirloin steak cooked in butterDinner:-Strictly protein (no carbs at night) again that will either be pork chops, steak, or chicken, usually 3-4 oz of it, always fried in oil or cooked with butter to add fat.Late night snack:-2 oz pork rindsI drink at least 64 oz of water a day, usually more, which is about 4 regular bottles of water.I should note that I'm on the Atkins diet, that's why I'm high fat, low carb. This diet plan has worked very well, I've lost 38 lbs in 4 months without even exercising, and I'm still losing even though I'm way past my goal. It's not about how much you eat, it's about what you eat. And yes, people with high metabolisms can pretty much eat whatever they want and not gain weight, they are the lucky ones, but that doesn't mean they are healthy for doing so.
