Is it possible to lose 20-25 pounds in a month?

I just realized that I don't like my body. I'm 16 and I'm 5'4 and 170 pounds :( I want to lose some weight. I'll keep trying after a month but I'm just seeing how much I could lose in about a month or 2 monthsI'm planning to drink only water, eat really healthy (no eating out. eating a good breakfast with fruits) and walking/jogging 2-3 miles everyday or at leat 6/7 days.
