Your body mass index is 26.6 and you are overweight.Your normal weight should be in between 104–135 pounds. A weight-control strategy might include:--* Choosing low-fat, low-calorie foods* Eating smaller portions* Drinking water instead of sugary drinks* Being physically active

  • You need to eat clean and exercise. SAY NO to sweets. You NEED veggies. If you don't eat them you won't loose weight. And stop acting desperate. You won't loose 20 pounds in a month soo.

What is a healthy way to lose weight while breastfeeding?

OK so I know this may seem like a silly question but I am curious to know the healthiest way to lose the baby weight as quickly as possible. This is my third baby, I gained about 50 pounds with her and have lost 20 of it(she is now 3 weeks old). I do know from experience that I am always SOOOOO much hungrier when I am breastfeeding and since I am nursing on demand and trying to ensure my baby gains weight, I am eating whenever I am hungry. My problem is I am researching it and everywhere I look it says that losing weight too quickly will affect your milk supply. I am not exactly sure what too quickly means. I am planning on starting Zumba this week as I have heard it is excellent exercise and I am planning on starting a diet...does anyone know a healthy way to eat enough to satisfy my appetite, and lose weight?

How to Lose Gained Weight After Bariatric Surgery

Recommended Answer:

drink a LOT of water. You do have to eat more when you're breastfeeding, just make sure that everything you eat is healthy. Protein and whole grains will keep you feeling full longer, and fruits and vegetables are the perfect snacks for between meals. Try not to eat too much sugar, because it'll raise your blood sugar levels, and then when they drop, you'll feel hungry, even if you don't actually need food. And always Always ALWAYS drink water. Seriously, that is the key to weight loss, especially while breastfeeding. The more water you can drink the better. Anytime you feel hungry, drink a large glass of water before you eat anything, then after 15-20 minutes if you're still hungry then go ahead and have a healthy snack. Sometimes your body tells you that you're hungry, when actually you were just thirsty. Plus, drinking so much water will make sure your milk supply remains consistent through your weight loss.

  • Breastfeeding is such a personal experience, every mother faces her unique set of challenges OR ease...Facebook has initiated a group on breastfeeding ...Do like the facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/breastfeedingMadeEasy
  • I don't think loosing weight will hinder your milk supply. As long as there is a demand for milk, I don't think you will loose the supply. In fact, breastfeeding will help you loose weight because you burn calories as you breastfeed.
