Will I have loose skin after the weight loss?

In the middle of April, I was 292 pounds at 6'4'', and now, I am 244 after losing 52 pounds and gaining back about 4 in muscle. My goal weight is somewhere around 215, so that I can have a six-pack. I know in my heart that I can lose this weight, and I have the drive and desire to lose it. My concern is, will I end up with any loose skin? I'm 18 years old.

There are three main things that can cause loose skin after fat loss. First, losing fat too quickly. Most people like quick weight loss fixes, they just want fast result, but many of them do not pay attention to things that will happen after using those quick weight loss fixes. Unfortunately, if people lose fat too rapidly, their skin does not have time to shrink back, so they get hanging skin. Second, age. When people grow old, their skin have poor elasticity, even lose elasticity, so the skin may not go back for ever. Third, losing fat without doing exercises to build muscle. When people lose fat, their fat cell shrink, if they do not tone up muscles to take up the space under the skin, it may result in flabby skin too. Here is the advice. First, try to lose weight slowly, reducing one to two pounds a week is recommended. Second, do weight training when you are losing weight.Losing weight slowly let your skin has time to bounce back, toning muscles can make the muscles take up some space under the skin. If you do these two things, you can prevent flabby skin which is not caused by age.
