How can I lose weight?

Ok so I'm 16I eat a lot of food. And I mean A LOT.I eat when I'm bored mostly, which is all the time.I get up to get something different to eat 5 minutes.Wether it'd be pizza rolls, to ramen noodles, to chips, to sweets. And another junk foods.,I love food.I weigh about 120 pounds.I don't think it's really badBut I wouldn't really like to gain more. And to be honest, I feel worried for how fat I might get in the long run.I don't think I'm fat. Actually, I'm not fat at all really.I just have a little belly that makes me look pregnant. Now normally I don't really care about it, but when I put on my shirts, I have to wear a girdle cause I'm insecure about my belly.. And love handles.Im not stupid to start purging either. But I wanna lose the belly and love handles so much.I'm also so lazy.. Lol.I tried to do some exercises and I told myself that I would be doing this everyday.I only did it for one day...I don't know what to do.Is there any better ways to eat? I mean I love food so there's no way I'm gonna cut down but like less junky, more healthy variety? A routine with the type of food I eat? What do you have in mind? And any tips for exercises that Really help in that general area? (Stomach and love handles)

Eat 1200 calories daily. Exercise burning close to 500 daily. Use myfitnesspal.com to track what you eat and burn.

Other Answers:

  • Try working your food into a work out :DFor example: put a bag of chips between your legs and do sit ups and everytime u come up eat a chip.
  • This may be good. Just try. Eat zero calorie food before your meals or even when you are to eat chocolates. Zero calorie does not mean food item which carry no calorie. It means such food items which requires more calorie to burn than the calorie which it provide. By this process you can burn your extra fat deposited in your body. Cucumber, raw tomato, green beans, cabbages, onions are all zero calorie foods. If you take such foods before your meals or during snack time, you are likely to stomach less food than you ear regularly. Eating only zero calorie food will make you deficit of vitamins and minerals which otherwise you were getting from your meals. Try and succeed. Best wishes
  • Gradually work in fruits and veggies into your diet. Find healthy replacements for your favorite foods. Make your own pizza instead of ordering one, make your own food rather than buying pre-made junk, and avoid processed foods. Try not to eat out often. You can still enjoy your favorite foods, just try to only eat them occasionally, and in reasonable portions. Eat slower and savour your food, you will eat less. Drink water, it makes you feel full, lessens cravings, and helps you decrease bloating. Start out slow with exercise, if you have a plan that is too hard and unenjoyable, you will not stick to it. Don't try to go from eating unhealthy and not exercising much to being perfect- it will be so hard to keep up that you will just give up. Don't expect immediate results, be patient. I promise that it will be worth it when you work out and see how much you have improved, or look in the mirror and see that you are beginning to slim down. Good luck! :)
