Will Protwin Shakes make female gym rats gain weight?

Ok. So here's the breakdown. I'm not into body building, I'm not lookig to get giant. But i am really into fitness, 6 days a week. I alternate body areas on a daily basis, I do anywhere from 20-40 minutes of cardio eveyday (basketball). My questions are, other than the hour/1:30 I spend in the gym I'm not extremely active. Other than running errands and such. Should I be drinking protein shakes? Only on certain days like leg, and arm days? Not on cardio and core days? Basically I want to seriously bulk my legs, some on my arms and back. And shrink everything else. I don't eat meat often, if I do it's a can of tuna. Lots of brown rice, black beans, LOTS of spinach and kale and tomatoes. What should I be cutting out of my diet to cut weight fast? And what can i do to get great leg muscle results? Im on GNC AMP EXTREME 60 protein, just scared 3 scoops once a day will make me ge fatter an not lose weight, Lots of questions lol, thank you for reading and if you decide to answer.

How to Create a Meal Plan to Lose Weight

Females cannot naturally builk up...period...we lack the testosterone (hormone) that men have, which allows them to do that...You can drink protein shakes but it's better if you get your protein from natural sources (the food you eat)...protein shakes, like everything else, has calories so you'll gain weight (fat) if you consume more calories than you burn whether you are drinking the shakes or not...Since you workout a good bit, shoot for a goal of 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight...so if you weigh 150 lbs, you should be consuming 150 - 225 grams of protein a day...you want to ensure you have plenty for your muscles to use to rebuild on the days you work the muscles and to help ensure the body doesn't break down muscle tissue for energy due to all the cardio...For a good eating plan, look up clean eating...you basically want to cut out as much processed food as possible...lots of lean protein and veggies...
