How can i reduce getting Bulky?

Hey i have been working out for the past 2 months and recently my favorite shirts feels tight and not right. My friends say i am getting bulky and not cut as i want to be, how can i undo this and get cut? My body is the type were i can lose weight fast, put on muscle quite faster than most, but i can gain weight just as fast (fat not muscle) , thought i let you know this info so you can help me out. The key to lean muscle is to keep your body fat percent below 7%. otherwise you just build up muscle under fat and you look like a hairless polar bear. So, to do this firstly do a lot of cardio. distance Running and aerobics are great or try an agility sport like parkour that uses muscle but doesnt necessarily build it. the other key is to eat lean proteins like fish. Beef and pork tend to have a lot of saturated fat that cause bulkiness, so try fish or baked chicken. Try to avoid tuna as it has a lot of mercury in it. Salmon, shrimp, and cod are great options. Like i said, the key is to use and tone muscles, not so much build them, and to cut saturated fats from your diet.
