How to Lose Weight Without Counting Calories

Here is a list of things that may help you out. I've done alot of research within the last year and a half about weight loss and I have quite a good knowledge of the subject, so I hope you will give my advice a try.1. Never skip a meal. It slows down your metabolism which causes you to gain weight. It's best if you eat at least 6 small meals a day. Someone my sister knew who was over weight at 10 meals a day and lost 80 lbs. So the more meals you eat, as long as they are healthy, small and low calorie meals, the better.2. Make sure your diet is rich in fruits (apples, melons and berries are best), vegetables (especially carrots and celery), lean meats (like chicken, fish, turkey and fish), low fat dairies and whole wheats. If you're a vegetarian, replace meat with 10 nuts daily, a serving of beans, tofu, or egg whites. Foods rich in fiber are also very good because they keep you fuller longer.3. Do 60 minutes of intense cardio every day. That burns alot of calories and an hour isn't too bad. At least to me it isn't. If you use a treadmill or an exercise bike, watch TV or something while you do it. It makes time go by faster. If you can't do that, or if you go jogging instead, listen to your mp3 player. You can easily get lost in the music and go for even longer than an hour.4. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and try drinking green tea. Eliminate all juice and sodas.5. Eliminate junk food and fast food6. Give yourself a day or two off weekly for your muscles to rest7. Treat yourself with something tasty you like once every two weeks.

  • Weight is not the issue, it's just a number. The problem is DO you look fat? If you don't keep up what you have been doing. If you do start exercising, there is no easy way out just bring dieting, you will only hurt your body and not gain from it. Dieting does not mean eating less. Dieting means eating more healthy food and less junk food. 1) Eat breakfast (it increases your metabolism which burns your fat)2) Exercise (if you exercise enough you will see enough improvements to yourself, on top of that you might even be able to eat some junk food once in a while to reward yourself)3) Eat less junk food and more healthy food. Keep the food portion the same but with more healthy food and less junk food.4) You need to have nutrients for grow at your age, which means you have to eat so don't worry about dieting just exercise.5) As you hit puberty you will lose fats.JUST REMEMBER WHAT DIET MEANS AND EXERCISE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE.
  • Here's the plan:Step 1: Gain about 35 more pounds. That way you'll start looking more and more like an ogre. Step 2: Move to a rural part of the country. Somewhere with a lot of forests and near a small town would be nice.Step 3: Start to moderately terrorize the locals. That way they'll become fearful of the mysterious ogre that has happened upon their land.Step 4: WaitStep 5: The locals will then grab their pitchforks and come chasing after you. Start to run like hell away from them. They'll probably do this a few times a week until they capture you.Step 6: You'll start to lose massive amounts of weight because of all of the running, as well as the healthy diet of nuts and rabbit you'll be forced to consume living in the forest. Keep killing a goat or two a week until the locals have chased you so much that you've lost 40ish pounds. Step 7: Success!Step 8: ???Step 9: Profit!
  • Here's a good low-carb food/exercise plan:Breakfast: Cook 9-grain cereal (from health food store) in water with rolled oats and wheat bran. Make a pot of it on weekends and nuke 1/2 cup each morning. Then stir in low fat milk or yogurt, banana, walnuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day to raise blood sugar level which falls during the night.Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey ½ sandwich on multi-grain (not just whole wheat) bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts, yogurt, fresh fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich on whole grain bread (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham, or beef stew.Snacks: Fresh (not canned) fruit. Nothing ever from a vending machine. Fruit smoothies. Dinner: salad with white meat chicken and fresh (not canned) veggies: tomatoes, 2 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded or sliced carrots, alfalfa or bean sprouts, zucchini, green or red peppers, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu, cottage cheese, spinach...Instead of dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it. Or homemade bean/vegetable soups; great way to recycle leftovers.Or grilled fish with steamed veggies.Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and green or red peppers. Avoid junk food, fast foods, gluten, pastries, desserts, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, fat/grease (pork, wieners, chops, bacon, salami, pizza, chips, fries), pasta, potatoes, ramen, popcorn, white bread, rice, canned veggies, ice cream (it's lard + chemicals), chips, tobacco, alcohol (kills brain cells).coffee (carcinogenic). no oil except olive and mac nut. Sodas (loaded with toxins; leads to stroke, obesity, kidney damage, high BP and inhibits bone growth in kids), anything with sugar (cancer cells feed on sugar, it wreaks havoc on your liver, mucks up metabolism, impairs brain function, makes you more susceptible to heart disease and diabetes), To keep your skin clear, drink water, tea, veggie juice, unsweetened fruit juice.Join a gym; they have all the equipment and staff to show you how to use it to get the look you want to achieve, but you have to ask them. Much cheaper than buying your own equipment. Go hiking, biking, jogging, bowling, swimming, rowing, jump rope, play tennis, badminton, volleyball, soccer, jumping jacks, lift weights, trampoline? To tone your tummy, do sit ups, push ups, pull ups, leg lifts, butt raises and crunches. For more energy, take Super B complex. Try appetite suppressants.
  • The best way would be this:For exercise walk.Walk for 20 minutes to a full hour, 5 days a week.Stop drinking soda's, only drink water, tea or coffee. If you can't leave those drink light versions of them.Stop eating McDonald's or any fast food.If you can't because its the only thing you eat or mom takes you to MC eat one portion only.(i really need to stress you should NOT eat junk food)Stop eating refined sugars.Leave that candy bar, leave that lollipop.Waffles, white bread, pastry, ice cream.I must tell you, changing an eating habit is really hard.Get support from your parents, or whoever is close to you.Tell them your goal and tell them you're gonna skip the foods i told you.Tell them you're gonna walk 5 times a week. Before you'll panic and think you can't eat anything yummy ever again. This is HOW you lose weight(fat) fast, its mentally hard especially at your age, you need tremendous amounts of self discipline too keep this up.You will feel down and weak the first 2 weeks, but thats your body reacting on the lack of sugar.Sugar is very addictive to you, and your body. After those weeks you will have it much easier to say no to sugary things.Make a eating plan, like eat 3 times a day a normal portion and one small portion. For example at 8am, 12pm, 8pm you eat normally and at 4pm you eat a small portion of whatever. At 8pm after you had dinner don't forget you can't snack anymore.Doesn't matter how bad your cravings get. However:You MAY drink cola, soda's while eating at those moments. You can eat McDonald's if you really want at those moments, 9am, 12pm, 8pm.You don't need to stop enjoying food, but you will need to learn how to eat in moderation. And of course move, exercise. Dans!!I wish you good luckAnd i hope this kinda helps. My sources:The internet,My experience.

How to Help Lose Weight Fast On A Cheap Budget

Recommended Answer:

I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.
