How to Lose Weight Doing A Home Workout

Recommended Answer:

Oh honey, you can't get rid of it that easily. You can go on a strict diet of no sweets(go without them for 2 weeks, and cravings usually go away) and lean meat and fruits and vegetables. Start running and doing cardio workouts. You have to really want this. But, people store and gain fat differently, so just be patient. Do NOT resort to starving yourself or throwing up food. Starving yourself triggers something in your body to slow down fat loss usually intended for emergency purposes. And throwing up messes up your insides and screws with your stomach lining and throat and ruins your teeth. You probably won't be able to get to 115, but you just have to believe! Drink lots of water, it's good for your metabolism.

Other Answers:

  • definitely do not starve of throw up. it SUCKS. I know you probably don't want to hear this, but eat super healthy (smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc.) and do ANYTHING that requires moving your body. Even if it's something as simple as walking around your neighborhood. I know this sounds kinda dorky, but if you like dancing, look up some choreography videos to songs you like on YouTube. ANYTHING is better than nothing
  • You cannot simply target belly fat with specific exercises. It will decrease as your overall body fat does. The stomach is one of the last places to go; especially love handles. Here's a good trainer that I did before: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer-week-1-main.html It works for both males and females. Watch the videos, follow recommendations, and stick to the plan. DON'T starve yourself. Eat to lose body fat. Only 12 weeks long too. If you do it like it says, I can guarantee you that you will hit your goal. Good luck
  • Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there's only one solution for all of these problems is because it's impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from. When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat. A tool such as the calorie calculator - http://calorieneedscalculator.com will help you figure out how many calories you need each day.The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs.Reduce Body Fat Guide - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/reducebodyfat.html

She should ALWAYS check with her doctor before taking any type of supplement, over the counter med, or weight loss product...She'd be better off simply eating clean and being as active as possible...sensa seems to have mixed results and I haven't seen any studies that looked reliable with information that it helped with fat loss or keeping fat off long term...If it was a great product, every overweight person you know would be sprinkling it...

Other Answers:

  • Approved drugs have been tested with lots of products and physical conditions for side effects. Most drugs have side effects and doctors and patients are both informed of them.Unapproved supplements like Sensa are not tested for side effects nor their interaction with medications.Sensa is basically corn starch and is not effective. We should never mix a prescribed medication and an unapproved supplement.
  • The Answer is very simple i believe. It is not good. First consult with doctor before taking sensa weight loss program. If she will not not then might be she will get some other problem. which will not good for a person who is already living with medication. Life is beautiful so must be live with care.
  • My friend,Sensa is something you sprinkle in your food, right? To be safe, I would not try doing anything else when I am under medication, since it is really crucial to avoid something that MAY interfere the medication.I'd rather you do natural weight loss, like detox diet or raw food diet, that would help a LOT and VERY SAFE.It also improves your immune system and no side effects other than safe weight loss. :)
